Cowen competitively bid and won this project in May of 2023.  Cowen’s pre-construction team alongside Lilly Architects and Strong Properties began the design-build process and brought to life the commercial space that you see here today.  This project is located at 2^nd and Elgin, the same property as Tulsa’s iconic Blue Dome and Arnie’s Bar.  Construction of the 4,000 sf commercial shell building housing two tenants, and a 250 sf bathroom and walk-in cooler addition to Arnie’s Bar is slated to break ground in the next two-weeks and will be wrapping up this October.
