Project: Transportation Facility

Description: Turn-key service for a storage and operations facility.

Cowen was awarded this project, which included turn-key services to design, coordinate and construct a new operations, storage and transportation facility. The project included complete site work and construction of a 2,000 sq. ft. facility including administration and management offices, a kitchen, restrooms, a driver’s dispatch, and a lounge and showers. The attached warehouse included approximately 10,000 sq. ft., complete with six overhead doors for truck maintenance, repair and wash bay.
