Description: Build new healthcare building with parking

Saint Francis Health Systems awared Cowen with The Laureate Research Facility project, which included a new 100,000 sq. ft. structure with areas for teaching, patient rooms, a sleep lab facility, a cafeteria, MRI unit, Pet Scan unit, administration offices, counseling rooms, conference rooms, and additional medical laboratories. The project also included a two-story parking garage and a connecting walkway to the existing campus buildings. Phase II consisted of adding four stories on top of the completed Phase I for inpatient living facilities.
