Tulsa based Cowen Construction started on the Legacy Shops at Aspen Ridge in Summer of 2024. This is New Construction of approximately 13,000 SF of retail shell space and adjacent parking, which ties into the bigger mix-use development located immediately north of the Creek Turnpike and 145th East Avenue.
