Project: Pre-engineered metal Building

Description: Build new industrial building

Cowen was asked to design and construct the pre-engineered 40,000 sq. ft. metal building and attach it to an existing building via two connector corridors. This included a 4,000 sq. ft. office and a large dirt, utility and concrete package. Cowen built a concrete containment pit measuring 30’ x 75′ x 8′ for large vats that holds chemicals in their existing building. The pit included an epoxy coating on the inside, four docks and one drive in dock.
