LTCS (Lufthansa Technik Component Services) – Phase I

Cowen is partnering with Lufthansa Technik Component Services to expand their current facilities. This involves a new building that will be roughly 23,000 SF that will include office space, a shop area, and parking. In addition to this new building Cowen will also be renovating roughly 13,00 SF of their current Hangar 30 to accommodate various functions.
