Description: Renovation of nine story office building

Cowen was awarded the Tulsa World Project, that included the renovation of existing nine story office building, the palace building, and the construction of a second building for Newsprint Storage called the Podium Building. The second through ninth floors of the Palace Building are renovated rental apartments, with retail space on the first floor. The renovation conformed to the Historic Preservation and new market tax credit requirements.
