This project was a remodel and refurbish of the apartments in Tulsa landmark building. The project was awarded in September, 2016 and has been an ongoing project as apartments come available. The project manager for this project is John McCrackin and the Superintendents are Jeff Burdick, Matt Gwartney and Mike Turner.
