Phase II is an approximately 37,500 sq. ft., four-story mixed-use building with approximately 6,500 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space and 24, one and two bedroom apartments. The new Phase II building will blend seamlessly with Phase I of The Village Flats (completed April, 2020), increasing the unit count to 79 residences in total.
