Description: Remodel

Cowen was awarded the The Williams Midstream project in 2011. We worked with HOK Architects on this 140,000 sq. ft. remodel of the Williams Resource Center. The second anf third floors were totally gutted and remodeled into new office spaces for Midstream. This consisted of open office areas and state-of-the-art video conference rooms and new public spaces.
